Uploading to 2017 FRA Interim: EAT, PRAY, YOGA

To encourage holistic, healthy living through an immersive experience in which students will learn, explore, and seek balance and renewal. Daily devotions or journaling and guided Christian meditation will help students slow down and reconnect with their purpose and faith. Students will also experience the mental and physical benefits of yoga. They will participate in different types of yoga such as sun salutation, full body guided meditation, power flow, hot 26, restorative, Baptiste, and Vinyasa flow. Students may also visit Serenity Salt Cave to experience the benefits of salt therapy. Daily visits to a local juice bar or healthy restaurant will encourage nourishment and a well-balanced diet.
