You will NOT receive an email letting you know the photo was received.
You must fill out the online submission form.
You will get an email once that has been completed.
We will reconcile forms to photos received.
Please don’t send an email asking if we received your photos.
If you fill out the online form – we will be sure we have your photo!!!
